Error codes
Find your code in the table below. The error code is the "P000…" number shown in step 7. Try the action listed, then clear the error (steps 8–10) and start the heater again. If the same code comes back, please contact the store.
P00010A
Meaning
Cold blowing: timeout. The combustion chamber has not cooled down enough for a restart.
What to do
Let the heater cool down, then clear the error and try again.
P000114
Meaning
Possible risk of overheating. The temperature difference between the flame and the overheating sensor is too large. This code appears only while the heater is running and the overheating sensor has reached at least 80 °C.
What to do
Make sure air can flow freely: nothing should block the warm-air outlets or the air intake (bags, bedding, clothes). Then clear the error and try again.
P000115
Meaning
Overheating. The temperature at the overheating sensor is above 125 °C.
What to do
Make sure air can flow freely: nothing should block the warm-air outlets or the air intake (bags, bedding, clothes). Then clear the error and try again.
P000116
Meaning
Overheating. The temperature at the overheating sensor is above 130 °C.
What to do
Make sure air can flow freely: nothing should block the warm-air outlets or the air intake (bags, bedding, clothes). Then clear the error and try again.
P00011A
Meaning
Operating lock-out. The heater has locked itself because it overheated too many times in a row.
What to do
Remove anything blocking the warm-air outlets or the air intake (see P000115). Clearing the error (steps 8–10) unlocks the heater. Then try again. See P000115
P000125 to P000129
Meaning
Flame cutout, during start-up (P000125) or while running (P000126 to P000129). The heater restarts by itself up to 5 times. If a restart succeeds, the code disappears.
What to do
Check the vehicle's fuel level. Make sure the heater's exhaust outlet is not blocked. Then clear the error and try again.
P00012A
Meaning
The heater could not start (safety time exceeded).
What to do
Check the vehicle's fuel level. Make sure the heater's exhaust outlet is not blocked. Then clear the error and try again.
P00012B
Meaning
Operating lock-out. The heater has locked itself after 10 unsuccessful start attempts.
What to do
Check the vehicle's fuel level. Clearing the error (steps 8–10) unlocks the heater. Then try again.
P000143
Meaning
Air pressure sensor: implausible signal.
What to do
Clear the error and try again. If it comes back, please contact the store.
P000301
Meaning
Watchdog reset (the control unit restarted itself).
What to do
Clear the error. The heater is then ready to use again. If it comes back, please contact the store.
P000302
Meaning
Too many watchdog resets.
What to do
This cannot be fixed on the road. Please contact the store and tell us the code.
P00030A
Meaning
Communication error (CAN).
What to do
Clear the error. The heater is then ready to use again.
P000310, P000311
Meaning

What to do
Clear the error and try again. If it comes back, please contact the store.
P000312, P000313
Meaning
Undervoltage cut-off. The voltage has been too low for at least 20 seconds. The heater does not work while this error is active.
What to do
Start the engine or charge the battery (connect to shore power if available). Clear the error and try again. Keep the engine running while you switch the heater on; you can turn the engine off once the heater is running.
P000440
Meaning
